Katherine Lemoine

Katherine Lemoine serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement at Nunez Community College in St. Bernard Parish and Executive Director of the Nunez Community College Foundation. Lemoine holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Education from the University of New Orleans and is completing its Doctoral program for Educational Administration. Katherine is serving her second 4-year term as an elected member of the St. Bernard Parish School Board where she has served as chair of the Finance Committee and Legislative Advocacy Committee. Lemoine also represents a twelve-parish delegation as Director of Region 1 for the Louisiana School Boards Association. She is President of the Voices Foundation nonprofit 501c3, a board member of the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce and was recently honored as St. Bernard Parish Citizen of the Year for 2020
