Warren Surcouf

Warren Surcouf III is a commercial real estate agent with Property One specializing in tenant and landlord representation with a focus on the retail shopping center industry.  He also is employed as a part time aide to Councilman Impastato of Jefferson Parish, District 4.  Mr. Surcouf recently completed a 5-year contract as a business consultant and founding member of Corsair Consulting, which was tasked to serve as project manager for the Metairie Business Development District & Fat City Friends, organizations.  These organizations are in charge of the revitalization of the area in Metairie including old Fat City. Mr. Surcouf obtained his MBA from Loyola University and his BS from LSU in Business Administration. Warren has experience overseeing/planning many different events in the GNO area and has served on many different non-profit boards and committees.

Mr. Surcouf currently serves on the board of the Contemporary Arts Center and the American Diabetes Association.  Warren was a board member for the ReNEW Charter Schools and the chair of the development committee from 2014 until recently in 2016.  He oversaw the development of the Chili in the Channel event as well as maintenance of it as a successful fundraising event for the schools.  Mr. Surcouf was the Vice President of Development for the Young Leadership Council. Mr. Surcouf has served as Project Leader for the Young Leadership Council – Wednesday at the Square Concert Series from 2009 until 2014. He has maintained a leadership role in many other events in and or around the city including – Chili in the Channel, White Linen Night, Uncle Sam Jam just to name a few.
