Ivy Barney

Ivy Barney serves as a Market Manager for Walmart US Neighborhood Markets, responsible for multi-unit operations across 15 stores representing $400mm in sales. Ivy has 11 years of Walmart experience, beginning in store operations in 2010, serving as Merchandise Director and then Director of Operations Support for 300 stores across three states. Ivy then spent 6 years in the US Supply Chain, where she led teams responsible for supplier quality, inbound optimization and warehouse administration functions across general merchandise, perishable, eCommerce and reverse logistics distribution center networks.

Prior to joining Walmart, Ivy spent 11 years in Technology Consulting with Accenture, delivering enterprise technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies in the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment industries.

Ivy is past chair of the Black/African American Associate Resource Group for Walmart. She earned an MBA from the Tulane University Freeman School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from Hampton University. Ivy and her husband Shawn have two girls, Lucille and Marin.
