As a former entrepreneur and president of a boutique marketing firm she is familiar with the common challenges encountered by minority business owners.

She shares her talents and financial support with several organizations addressing the arts, mentoring and community development. She has led initiatives for the Woodruff Arts Center Employee for the Arts Campaign, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations, and has served as a member of Woodruff Women’s Giving Circle.

Nit encourages change-making through thinking big and inspiring others to do the same to help achieve equity for all.
