Josie Delaune

Ms. Josie Delaune currently serves as the Vice President of People Solutions and Services for Geocent. She is responsible for maximizing the employee experience for all Geocent employees. Her team focuses on culture, human resources, compliance, recruiting, safety, security, corporate operations, and IT support. Before joining Geocent, Ms. Delaune was a member of the HR team at Lockheed Martin and a graduate of Lockheed’s HR Leadership Development Program. 

Ms. Delaune holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Education from Louisiana State University and Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University. She maintains the designations of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She is certified as a LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt and EEAC Equal Opportunity Professional.

Ms. Delaune is the President-Elect of GNO, Inc’s NextGen Council. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Young Leadership Council (YLC) and the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI). She is a member of both the national and local chapters of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She was selected to the 2018 class of City Business “Women of the Year”. She is a graduate of NORLI and the Bryan Bell Memorial Leadership Forum. She enjoys dancing with the ladies of Roux La La, parading with the Krewe of Dystopian Paradise, and working on her goal of running a half marathon in every state.
